Feminisation

Perhaps you are reading this text because you suffer from dysphoria and are in the process of transitioning to your not at birth assigned gender. Maybe you are a femboy interested about feminisation, maybe you just hate getting hair everywhere and want to put a stop to it now and figure the rest out later, perhaps you are an ally who wants to better understand what possibilities there are. Here are the services I provide to help you on your way:

Facial Hair Removal

With puberty blockers or hormone replacement therapy, your body hair stops developing, but it does not go away on its own. It might become thinner and softer, but that is about most you may expect. When you decide to start presenting as feminine, facial stubble will be the most noticeable cause through which people misgender you. Many clients thus visit me to have their beard lasered, which works very well and in a limited amount of sessions (6 to 12, depending on your hairiness and pain tolerance) to a near perfect and permanent result. Pubic Hair Removal

It won't work 100%, so for this we will finish using electrolysis. The same goes for your genital area where a portion of the hairs, mostly the thin white or peach fuzz are removed using electric needle epilation at the end of your laser sessions. This is especially important when you are having bottom surgery done in Belgium where electrolysis is often a requirement. If you go abroad to let's say Thailand, this is less prevalent as doctors use different parts of the penile skin and spend much more time cauterizing hairs during surgery than they do here. Pain VS Budget

I write on these webpages that I can laser all zones nearly painlessly and this is true; through carefully building up intensity as hair density diminishes. I do however get lots of requests from my MTF customers to work as high-powered as possible in order to reduce the number of sessions as far as I can. I am fine with accommodating this as I know like none other the limits of my machine (I have after all used it to get rid of my own beard) but, please, do understand that early sessions with this approach hurt a lot, even at maximum cooling, so the decision is yours.

Healing & Aftercare

Following gender alignment surgery, may it be a vaginoplasty, facial or hairline feminisation, there are a few things you can do to prevent scars from becomming too noticeable. I for one offer sessions under my LED light, microneedling and IPL treatments to be done at different stages in the years following your procedure and am happy to work out a plan with you. Apart from these I also offer scalp and hairgrowth improving treatments that can be used in tandem with HRT or finasteride which you can commence at any time. Scars Healing Scalp Treatment

Complications

When you start taking Estrogen, you body enters a whole new stage of development, let's call it a second puberty. And with this comes what you probably remember from your previous one,.. but worse. You may experience a loss of appetite or energy, depression, and... acne. Some have it more or less than others, but it can strike bad, especially in the beginning. So the key here is to keep up a good maintenance routine, have regular facials and follow the same steps as anyone else has to do in my salon for relief treatments and you will be fine. Feeling Lost?

A lot of these things can be overwhelming and that is OK, especially at a younger age. You will learn more about yourself and your sexuality with the years and don't have to decide anything right now. Perhaps you just like being androgynous or you know exactly what you need in life; it is all fine.
